The "Reality Of Violence" Self Defense Seminar

Come experience an informative and fun take on a normally very heavy topic. Coach Chris will help you gain a deeper understanding of often simple measures and practices that will aid reducing some of the complexities of this topic. This class incorporates both classroom style discussions and some light physical exertion. You do not have to be "super fit" to participate. Self Defense is for everyone: younger and older and all in between, men/women, couples, etc. Children 15 or older are welcome to accompany a parent or guardian, however the course is designed primarily for adults. If you Register for the class, please do your very best to be in attendance, space is limited and if you miss, you are taking away from another person who may benefit from this experience.
