Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Haymakers MMA

At Haymakers MMA, we are committed to customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality services and products. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Memberships and Class Packages​

Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us via phone, email, or in person at the gym.

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.

Refunds:

  • No refunds will be issued for partially used membership periods or missed classes.

  • In special circumstances (such as medical issues or relocation), partial refunds or membership holds may be granted at our discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.

2. Physical Products (Gear, Apparel, Equipment)​

Returns:

  • You may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.

Refunds:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable:

    • Used gear (gloves, wraps, pads, etc.)

    • Opened supplements or nutrition items

    • Digital downloads or virtual content

3. Events and Seminars​

  • Tickets or reservations for events/seminars may be canceled up to 48 hours before the event for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable
